I attended a work conference at the hotel, and while the venue and catering were excellent, my experience with the room and check-in process was far from ideal. We had a wonderful family holiday at this resort! The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The inclusion of SeaWorld tickets in our package was a fantastic bonus, providing excellent value for our family. However, it was disappointing to see so much single-use plastic in the dining outlets, considering the focus on conservation. Overall, we loved our spacious room and the amenities, and we're definitely planning to return soon!
